Thank you for posting this, Judy. You probably do not remember, but many years ago, when our girls were in high school we hosted a student from Haiti for a week.

She was in a leadership program at Ferris State; the university was hoping to enrich and train the brightest students so they could help their country.

Every time I hear a reference to Haiti I am reminded of the thin, bright little girl who had never see a vacuum, or a flush toilet in a private home.

We continue to pray daily for Haiti and it's people.
