Updates and Cowboy "Isaac"

• Mom has an appointment on Friday to get her staples out. Please pray for continued strength as she recovers and for wisdom for the doctor as they develop a plan for further treatments.


• Joel had a great week at Christian Horizons camp......he has been very good at home too!


• Kurt, Heidi, Andrew and Jon are doing pretty well , however Jon has health concerns regarding his breathing/croup cough. Please pray that the doctors find the right treatment and medicines to bring him some relief. Also pray for God's direction for Kurt and Heidi as they are "house shopping" in the Grand Rapids area. They have had some discouragements along the way when they've put a bid in on a house and someone else got it, but we are all trusting that God has the perfect place for them, and will make the way clear when the time comes!


• Jason, Emily, Isaac, Seth, and Annabelle are also doing well. Isaac spent the night at Grandpa and Grandmas house on Monday night. He has developed the "horse" bug.....oh no!!!!!! not another horse nut in the family! I think that comes from reading the book "A Pony for Tony" many, many, times:):):):):


• Ken and I are doing great! We had a very relaxing week last week when Joel was at camp. Our vacation was spent mostly at home.......but we couldn't think of a better place to be!!


• The picture attached is Isaac on our mare "Molly", a Tennessee Walking Horse....with the sweetest disposition in the world! Next step is a riding helmet and boots! Yippee! Yahoo!
